"God's Favor on Your Faith."

Are you willing to give your faith to Him?

As a young girl, I was fearless. I never hesitated to take risks and face my fears. I wasn't a tomboy or a girly-girl, but I was confident in who I was and what I believed. I knew that God had made me exactly as I was meant to be, and I embraced every day as a new adventure. My mom would dress me up in unique dresses and put bows in my hair, but that didn't stop me from playing archery or riding a go-kart in the evenings. Challenges didn't scare me back then.

But as I got older, things changed. I started to worry about what others thought of me, and I became less willing to take risks. I began to doubt myself and wondered if I was good enough if things would work out for me. My faith became less bold, less curious, and less unwavering. I started to lose sight of the wonder and goodness of God in my life and became more focused on the pressures and norms of the world.

I realized that I needed to unravel from the insecurity and fear that had taken hold of my heart. I felt compressed like I needed to break free. But I found comfort in knowing that God never leaves us, even when we stray from His path. He watches us and waits for us to bring our burdens back to Him.

I came to understand that God's favor is not something we can earn, but something He gives freely. When we put our faith in Him, He guides us and keeps us on the right path. As it says in Romans 5:1-2, "Therefore since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him, we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God."

Prayer of Faith:

Dear God,

Please open our eyes so that we may see You. With open hands, we take the path that may seem uncertain and trust that You will be with us every day as we make the right decisions for our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
